「以下のとおり」は as follows と言う事ができますね。これと同じような表現として as below という人もいますが、どちらかと言うと as follows の方が一般的でしょう。
どちらも副詞的に使うことができます。
will take vacation as follows: 『以下のとおり休暇をとります』
